Challah

Challah
 Jessica was under the weather last Friday and decided to keep herself entertained by baking.  We all benefited.  She made banana cinnamon bread, panatone and challah.  The New York Times ran 2 recipes on challah a few months ago.   One was from the 60s and the other was more current.  I believe she went with the old one.  Regardless, it was delicious and beyond impressive for her first stab.
