Alex Sushi, Copenhagen

We decided to opt for something different to eat vs the local fare.  Alex Sushi was the call.  We started with some chicken yakitori which was really good and totally caramelized.

Dinner was good not amazing but certainly a good change of pace.  The best thing was after dinner we walked over to Rubys for a drink.  Could be one of the coolest places to have a drink, ever. 

There are a variety of rooms.  When you walk in you enter a room with a bar.  A medium sized open space.  Then you continue to walk through the rooms that go all the way downstairs a few floors.  Each one is cooler than than the next.  Low ceilings, a mixture of furniture in each room from booths to couches to tables.  The drink menu is pretty large too.  Love love this place.  Wish there was a Rubys in NYC.

Time to return to the hotel and go to sleep.
