Brownies
These brownies are rich and delcious. I got inspired to fill up the cookie jar with something besides cookies. I used a 15×10" glass pyrex that I put parchment paper in that came up the sides. I find that the best way to make brownies so once they are cooled you just pull out the whole parchment paper piece and nothing is stuck to the bottom of the sides.
Preheat oven at 350.
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. kosher salt
6 sticks unsalted butter ( cut into pieces )
6 large eggs
3 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
15 ounces chocolate chips
Sift together the salt, flour and cocoa powder.
Melt 3 sticks of chopped butter and then once it is melted pour that over the other 3 chopped sticks.
In a mixing bowl beat together the eggs and sugar until really pale. Easily 3 minutes if not more. Then add in the vanilla and let it beat a little bit more.
On low speed add in 1/3 of the dry ingredients and beat. Then add in 1/3 of the the butter three separate times beating well in between each addition.
Now pour in the chocolate chips and mix. Pour into the pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 or until you can stick a toothpick in the brownies and it comes out clean.

Yes, parchment paper to line the jar! We’ll use that tip.
Those look amazing! I recommend making salted carmel brownies next. Amelie’s French Bakery has an excellent recipe… http://www.ameliesfrenchbak…
