Full Harvest

I am an investor in Full Harvest.  Just watch the video and you will know why.  The founder, Christine Moseley, is rethinking produce for multiple reasons.  Full Harvest is exactly what I love about the start-up community which is looking at problems that have been created over time and figuring out how to solve them for the next generation.

Quite interesting. As someone who knows the organic distributors too well, depending on price and logistics, this is a true market need.I see that they have chosen to drive market awareness through sales which is common in B2B companies. Need to say that with such a mission-driven vision and with the artisanal food ecosystem in a bit of a giant rut with the dismantling of traditional Whole Foods values, this is a story that should be told broader. If I never heard of them, this is a missed opportunity. No advisors on the marketing side either.Big thanks for this. I like the vision and the approach and potentially the business also.

Already sent this to a bunch of people. If they want a brand expert on their advisory board who knows the wellness food space well, i’d be interested.

They should contract with pastured pig farmers to send produce they don’t sell or use. Pigs will eat anything. Secondary revenue stream for them. There is a guy in Vegas that is a pig farmer that buys all the left over food from the casino buffets. I’d post the video but it’s kinda gross.
