Panettone
We consumed loads of Pantettone in Italy. The girls were determined to make it themselves with the dried fruit that they prefer, golden raisins and dried cranberries. I had nothing to do with it which is why I am not posting the recipe. Not so sure they used the right baking tin. They bought the wrong sized coffee cans but it wasn’t important. They did an incredible job. I was seriously impressed. The taste, magnifico!
