A nice mention in the NY Times dining section today on handy corn, one of the newest products at Ricks Picks. Also, one of my absolute favorites. Great on top of crostini ( or a baguette) and a piece of gouda. I like it with tacos too or a nacho chip or for that matter, just with a spoon.
