Apple Chutney
Made this in the morning. Absolutely delicious!
1 1/2 pound apples (peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch pieces) (3 gala apples, 2
grannies)
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Put all of this in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer until liquid is gone.

I served pan fried duck breasts with butter roasted radishes and brusselsprouts on the side.Yum!
