fish
Last night, it was so cold outside, we decided to bunker down in sweat pants and make dinner. Fish was the call. Sliced fennel, sliced lemon, chopped sage, thyme and oregano, olive oil and Branzino. Cover the bottom of the pant with water or broth. Roast for 40 minutes at 350. Serve. Top is before cooking, the bottom is after cooking.

Joanne,I live in NYC vicariously through your blog posts. The fish are great, do you buy them fresh? For that matter, where is the grocery from you, walking distance? I imagine it a block away and dropping by every day or two with my favorite bag in tow. A bit like the joy of going to the library or bookstore, creating a festive event each time I ventured out (with the other hundred people on the street).
