I love games, puzzles, cards and all that good stuff. Josh spent the weekend with friends and came back dying to do a jigsaw puzzle. Love that! We started this past weekend.

A good jigsaw is hard to find. I went to the local mega toy shop at Christmas. I couldnt find anything so I asked a guy working there. He looked at me as if I had just kicked a small child when asked where the jigsaws were. I suppose this relates back to your Guggenheim blog; is this really progress?
Good question about progress. Certainly the communal conversational part ofthe jigsaw is something of yesteryear that we can not give up like cards andother games. BTW, we got ours on Amazon.
Have you ever done a Liberty Puzzle? High quality wood puzzles made in Boulder. Each piece is different. Beautiful just to handle and strangely satifying to put together. I got turned on by a friend of mine who keeps a bunch at her ski house. I now give them as thank you’s to friends for hosting a weekend away.

Maybe it is the weather, but I just opened a jigsaw puzzle that has literally been sitting on a self for 10 years. I got it at the gift show. I bought it because it was an interesting night scene of Boston. The problem is finding a table large enough to hold it.
