There is no doubt that Santa Lucca Trattoria is the local Italian joint in Deauville. Menus are only in French and nobody speaks English. Perfect!
We shared our table with two different groups of patrons. Our table fit 8 and we were 3.
Classic food. Melon and prosciutto.
Tomatoes and mozzarella
Pizza with Prosciutto, mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes
Taggliatelle with bolognese sauce.
Nothing spectacular but totally hit the spot. Fred loved the pizza. Had a walk through town.
A scoop of gelato.
Home to watch the sunset from our tiny two seat balcony. Back to London tomorrow.
