The Egg
I was going to post about Exile on Main Street which is one of the new restaurants in Amagansett. I met my friends there last night for dinner. This morning I felt like a garlic clove. The food was fine, I won't go back and it isn't worth the pictures I took. Instead, I am going to post pictures of The Egg.
My friend, who I had dinner with last night, is a total foodie. He loves products, restaurants, food, anything related to the food industry and particularly he loves candy. These pictures are from his Egg. Totally cool.
This chicken looks incredible. Could an egg be my next fun accessory?

Everyone I know who has one loves their egg!
My friend adores his!
When I opened your blog this morning I just cracked up (no pun intended). My local spa dealer here in Boulder has been on me to buy an Egg and I’ve been tempted. He always has something cooking in it and whatever it is it smells so good. The closer we get to fall, football and tailgating the Egg may come home to roost. I know. .
Keep me posted. Architecturally it looks very cool sitting in a backyard!
I so envy you guys over there because you have such great barbecue equipment. I really want one of those La Caja China boxes but think I am going to have to get someone to make one because they are not here in the UK
Someone could easily replicate the box. Btw, I believe Cubans designed it and are behind the company
even the duck egg shell colour is cool, a very cool accessory!
