summer appetizers
I took two logs of soft goat cheese and mixed in adobe chiles from a can ( about 1/2 tsp because it is seriously spicy ), fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro and that is it. I served this with golden cherry tomatoes that I had pan fried with a little olive oil to get them soft. I also cut up chorizo and browned it until crispy. This with a sliced baguette and a bowl of chips is pretty simple. It tastes eally good and seems like you have been cooking all day.
