Summer salad

I love a good summer salad. It is all about creating a combination of flavors. Here is one I made up last night.

Fava beans

Grilled corn

Golden cherry tomatoes

Chopped fresh basil

Grilled Vidallia onions

Grilled peaches

Mix all of this together with a lime white balsamic vinagrette and a little salt for taste. Yum.
