Hats off to Jessamyn W. Rodriguez, Hot Bread Kitchen, Clinton Global Citizen

I have been writing a bit about Hot Bread Kitchen these days.  I posted that Hot Bread Kitchen was using Crowd Rise to use the crowd to fund scholarships for immigrant women bakers.  We are slowly getting there but need more support.  Good news is that there are alot of possibilities to win stuff each time you donate.

As the Chairperson, and I think I can speak for the entire board, we are not the only ones excited about what Jessamyn has built.  So is the Clinton Global Initiative.  Jessamyn was just awarded (with 6 other people) a Clinton Global Citizen Award.  It is an honor to be chosen as one of seven people who are awarded this for their work, vision and leadership in addressing global problems. 

I am truly honored to be part of this organization.
