Salad of the season
This is the second time I made this salad in the past month. Simple stuff and quite good.
Arugula
Chopped Radicchio
Chopped Fennel
Cherries cut in half (pitted)
Golden cherry tomatoes
Sweet Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Toss and serve. Both times I served this with fish on the side but anything will work.

I recommend sprinkling nutritional yeast on top of that. High in b vitamins and totally adds so much to a salad!
is the fennel raw? most of the time i see it shaved with parmesan, or roasted.
yep. raw.
How about beets. They are so sweeet now & in-season.
