Thanks for this. I needed it today. It has helped me articulate something that has been percolating in the back of my mind for a long time.We want equality but are ok with differences. The two are not mutually exclusive. One is about justice and the other about identity. When we sort that out, we can solve a whole bunch of social issues like racism, homophobia, religious intolerance, etc.
interesting thoughts.if we could sort those things out that would be huge.
