Shrimp, Beans and Gochujang
This literally takes a few minutes. A perfect dish these days. Something that tastes good, with minimal work, and has a good kick.
- One pound green beans, cut off the edges
- One pound of peeled shrimp, tails off
- 3 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
Crank up the broiler.
Mix together the gochujang, olive oil, soy sauce and honey. Set aside.
After cleaning up the shrimp and cutting the green beans, mix together with the sauce in a bowl.
Line a rimmed sheet pan with tin foil. Spread the green beans and shrimp on the tray. Broil for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp is done and the green beans become to char a bit.
Serve with rice. So good!
