What Are These Women Thinking?

Over my career, I have held a few positions as the number 2, where I helped men build their companies and succeed. At one point, I resigned from that position and put myself in the number one spot. In that role, I prioritized supporting women.
More women are in the C-suite, building and running companies, leading in Government roles, and in jobs that only men had for as far back as I can remember. When I walk a construction site, I go out of my way to say hello to the women on site and tell them how great it is to see a woman on the job. I support women running for office too. We should support each other and lift each other up, particularly today, as conservatives are working tirelessly on taking away our women’s rights from abortion, IVF, divorce, and more.
What upsets me the most, and what I truly do not understand, is the right-wing conservative women. Why would Josh Hawley’s wife attempt to ban the abortion pill that changed the game for women? Why would multiple Republican women in Government vote against IVF? How can they get behind Trump, who has been convicted of not only felonies but rape? Is it purely for the power?
I am trying to wrap my head around what these women think they are getting for aligning themselves with anti-women policies. Are they that brainwashed to believe that getting behind the men and these policies will help them be more powerful? I do not get it. Helping these men carry out policies to help their big donors is not the road to being number one.
We would not be where we are if it were not for these complicit women. What am I missing? Why are they not helping all women rise up versus taking us all back down to a place in history that nobody needs to return to? All I can say is shame, shame, shame on everyone of these women. How they can get up in the morning and look at themselves in the mirror, or be role models for their children is beyond me. The right wing Republican party is leading the fight against womens rights and the women in their party are weak, scary and complicit.
