WNYC interview with Rick Field of Ricks Picks
Rick was the second entrepreneur that I invested in. His company is in the artisnal foods business. Through it, I have become a quasi-expert in the consumer products market…probably just enough to be dangerous. It has been quite an interesting experience and one that I truly cherish. I have been spending a lot of time on RP the last couple of weeks laying down foundation for the years to come. Seeing Rick do this interview with WNYC just makes me smile.

I first ordered Rick’s several years ago after seeing you and Fred mention them, then I was able to get them at my local Whole Foods, and now I see them on the shelves at my regular grocery store. Congrats!

Love it!. His energy and charisma just jump out at you– also essential qualities for a founder/CEO. Now that I feel like I “know” Rick, I have to buy his product. Yum!
energy and charisma definitely define Rick. my fave products are mean beans, corn relish, smokra and hotties.
