    Looking forward to it. Writing again about winemakers.And btw–I have never seen such a transformation of a place with Pascaline LePeltier (formerly of Rouge Tomate) come in as partner of Racines. And starting solving the chef issue as well. She’s the strongest force of retail wine on the natural side in NY.
