Jack Ceglic at Ille Arts

There is a big art community out in the Hamptons.  Ille Arts is a gallery in Amagansett.  The owner has a great aura.  Inviting, big smile on her face, happy to talk and looks to support the local community even doing joint events with other spaces around the area.

The show up right now is Jack Ceglic, co-founder of Dean & Deluca, artist, designer and more.  I really like the simplicity yet the intensity of these drawings.

The drawings are also being shown at a gallery behind Naturopathica in East Hampton.  Can’t recall the name but it is easy to find. The gallery is next to Russ Steele, who is one of my all-time favorite people in the Hamptons.  He has a shop right there where he shows local artists and sells modern vintage furniture.  He has quite an eye.  I honestly can’t count the number of pieces we have bought there.

If you happen to be in the Hamptons over the next couple of weeks, check them all out!

Wow, I love this. It reminds me a lot of Jason Polan.
