Really great interview for anyone thinking about investing early. Lots of things stand out; but maybe the best is how Joanne understands her limitations but uses her network to fill in those holes.

Besides your natural ability to be open, transparent and generous with what you’ve learned, I was struck by the great relationship you share with Alexandra which to me speaks volumes about who you are as a person and leader.
