Dinner at home
Tonight we had dinner at home. Maybe in Paris everything tastes French. Dinner did. We got the chicken, which comes with the head and feet. Had the butcher take that off since the knives in our kitchen are god awful. Zucchini, cherry tomatoes, small creamy white potatoes, a few onions, carrots all sliced with some basil and chicken on top. Stick it in the oven with plenty of salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. You really can’t go wrong.

Dinner looked wonderful. I often stuff my roasters with cut lemons and rosemary………..also yum. After reading your notes I couldn’t take it anymore and began planning our South of France trip!
