Chicken Wings
I love chicken wings. Getting them right is not always that easy. I do have a deep fryer but that is generally not a method I prefer. We do attempt to eat healthy at home. I made up this batch today and they were pretty finger licking good.
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sriracha (chili sauce – a must in any refrigerator)
- 2 tbsp. curry powder
Mix all this together and then split it in half. I used 24 wings but you could use less. Otherwise, make more sauce. Mix the wings in 1/2 the sauce and bake at 400 in the oven until they start to get crispy. Then crank up the broiler and broil each side about 2 minutes or until crispy.
Pour the wings into a bowl. Mix with the additional sauce and then a couple handfuls of sesame seeds ( totally optional ). Voila.
I really think the key is the sauce after they are cooked. Emily's idea, not mine.

Sounds like it would be good with other chicken parts, too 🙂
